Booking and deposits

Appointments are held with a deposit of 50% of your service total, sent by Zelle. Your time is held for 2 hours while we confirm the payment. If we cannot confirm it in that window, the time is released and offered to someone else.

Your deposit comes off your service total. The balance is due at your appointment.

We need at least 12 hours' notice to take a booking, and we book up to 30 days ahead.

Deposit policy

A 50% deposit is required to hold your appointment and is applied to your service total. Deposits are non-refundable but transfer once to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Payments

We do not process card payments on this website and we do not store any card or bank details. Deposits are sent by Zelle directly between your bank and ours.

The balance can be paid at the studio by card, cash, or Zelle.

Consultation credits

Custom Lash Lift + Tint is $120 for 75 minutes, including an in-person assessment, a Traditional or Korean lift chosen with Jenni, and tint. The online deposit is $60 before any eligible consultation credit and comes off the total. A separate consultation is not required.

If Jenni arranges a consultation directly with you, its fee is credited once toward a lash lift booked within 14 days after the consultation is completed and fully paid, using the same customer contact details. The booking must be made within the window; the treatment may take place later.

The credit reduces the service total before the 50% deposit is calculated. It does not count as another deposit or cash payment and does not apply to tips. Cancelling or allowing an unpaid hold to expire releases the credit for another eligible booking within its original expiry window; it does not extend that window. A completed visit or no-show uses the credit.

Arriving

Please arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, no oil-based products, and no eye makeup. Lifts do not take on residue, and clean lashes hold their curl longer.

Please arrive on time. Appointments run back to back, and a late start may mean we have to shorten or reschedule your service — the deposit policy above still applies.

Suitability and results

Lash lifts, tints and lamination are cosmetic treatments. Tell us before your appointment about any eye conditions, recent eye surgery, allergies (particularly to dyes), pregnancy, or skin sensitivities so we can advise you or patch test.

Results vary with your natural lash and brow growth, aftercare, and skin type. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome or duration, and we reserve the right to decline a service where we believe it would not be safe or suitable.

We may update these terms. The version shown here applies to bookings made from the date it appears.
