What we collect

When you book, we collect your first name, last name (if you give one), mobile number, and email address if you choose to add one. We also record the service you selected and the appointment time.

If you start a booking and do not finish it, we keep the name, phone number, email and service you had entered, so we can follow up if you want us to.

We keep notes about your appointments — what was done, how your lashes or brows responded, and anything you have told us that helps us look after you next time.

What we do not collect

We do not process card payments and we do not use a payment processor. Deposits are sent by Zelle directly between your bank and ours, so no card or bank account details ever pass through this website.

How we use it

To book, confirm, and prepare for your appointment; to match your Zelle deposit to your booking using your reference number; to contact you about that appointment; and to keep a client history so your service is consistent visit to visit.

Appointment messages are sent to everyone who books — they are how we run your appointment, not marketing.

When you book you can tick an optional box to hear from us about openings and offers. It is never required to book, and it is unticked unless you tick it. We record the moment you agreed. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing us, and we will not message you about offers again.

Who else sees it

Your appointment time, first name, contact details and booking reference are written to the studio calendar, which is hosted by Google, so the studio can run its day.

Confirmation and reminder emails are delivered by Resend. Our website and database are hosted by Vercel and Supabase.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own business records. Unconverted enquiry details are kept for up to a year.

Your choices

Email hello@liftedarch.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do our best to action requests promptly.
